The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

If you know Kavrila you're aware of the fact that their music is as life-affirming as the prospect of attending a mass execution. Still, Mor hits different and cuts way deeper than all of the Rituals trilogy. Mor has singer Alex processing his mother's death and yes, this is exactly how it feels listening to this thing. Deeply uncomfortable and horrendous. To clarify: this really is a good album. But it's not one I see return myself to often because I can hardly bear it. Well done! David Fischer
Best damn album of 2020, don't give two shits what anyone thinks. This was the most fun I've ever had with what was the most shittiest year ANYONE has ever had, so this was a welcomed change of pace that the world of metal needed. Keep it going dude whatever you've got going on it works. Can't wait to hear what you come up with next. Christopher
